Welcome 2012!
Hey guys! What’s up?
So, here I am, again haha More than one month, huh? I think Rebeca and me, we have being very bad girls. A lot of time without a post here.
There is a reason! We were on vacation. Rebeca was on a trip with her family, and on December, we were on a trip together. It was amazing! We had fun, we ate a lot, we laughed a lot, and etc!
I know we have to say sorry for you guys. So, here we go: We are so sorry! We will try to post here more times.
And happy 2012! Hope, happiness, dreams, wishes and more!
Ok, let’s go to the point!
In this post I want to show you guys, bands from England that I am in love and I think they are really, really good...
The first band is called The Cure.
Have you ever listened to them?
Well, it is a band from 70’s years. They play alternative rock and they won so many awards. The principal man in the band is Robert Smith. I think his voice is one of the best in the world.
I appreciate their songs, because I am not a romantic girl, who believes in truly love, and most of The Cure’s song is about the “other side” of love. I can’t tell you more, guys. You need to listen to them.
My favorite song is The Perfect Boy.
The second band is McFly.
They play Pop Rock and the songs are all about love, but I like them because of their voices, their rhythm and because of their beauty. Girls! Take a look on McGuys and tell me if I am wrong…
They sold more CDs than The Beatles in the begging of their career. Now you can see, these guys are really cool.
My favorite song is Take Me There (this song reminds me of England, can I don’t love it?)
The third band is The Beatles.
Freaking out right now! I can’t explain about The Beatles. They are just THE BEST BAND EVER! The best band in the whole world! The genius, the kings, they are The Beatles!
From the 60’s years, they sang about the cute side of love, and after they started to play psychedelic songs, still amazing.
I am sure you already listened to The Beatles even if once in life.
My favorite song is I am The Walrus.
The fourth band is Oasis.
They started in 1994. The Gallagher brothers are part of this band. They have interesting songs about things I have never thought about. They are good, but the sad part of this post is that Oasis is over… But I like them the same way!
My favorite song is Magic Pie.
The fifth “band” is Jessie J.
It is not a band, but it is still good. Jessie J sings Pop. She wrote lyrics for many singers like Justin Timberlake and Rihanna. Then, one day, she decided to record herself singing.
She is my diva. Jessie J doesn’t drink, doesn’t smoke because she has heart problems. Well, she is in the begging of her career, but she has everything to become one of the most popular Pop singers in the world.
My favorite song is Who You Are (by the way, this song is my trip’s theme. I was listening to this song when my mom said I would travel!)
The last band is One Direction.
Please guys, don’t kill me. I know so many people don’t like One Direction because they are a media band. X Factor “made” them. I know everything, but they have good voices. And they are pretty!
Every song is totally and only about love. It sucks, I have to say. But I liked them. I have never listened to Boy Bands, but One Direction was as love at first sight. I have no fault. I am so sorry.
My favorite song is Everything About You (because of the rhythm, but if I needed to choose by the lyric, my favorite song probably would be Na Na Na).
This is it, guys. I really hope you enjoy this post, because I was planning it since last week. Probably you won’t like my taste in music. Haha! Or maybe you will like, so for I know this, let us a comment!
